Facetphone is extremely flexible, and can be tailored to do many things. You may find the following items of interest:

1. The autoattendant can answer every call, it can answer only when you are not in, or it can be set to pick up if your phone is not answered within a specific number of rings.

2. You can have several levels of autoattendant. For example, if you have a commercial real estate group, that group can have its own autoattendant.

3. Company directory can be used for either first or last name. Thus, callers do not have to know how to spell the agent's last name!

4. Your agents can set their stations to either take a message or forward to another inside OR outside telephone when they do not answer. And they can change these settings by simply calling the office from any touch tone phone.

5. You can set up a message box for each property listing you have. Thus, you can provide callers with the opportunity to be automatically given details about a piece of property by simply keying in a street name from their touch tone phone. You can key each listing to an agent and outside callers can be automatically connected to the agent or the agent's voice mail directly from the property description announcement. Cooperating agents can elect to transfer to the selling agent directly without listening to the message, once they have confirmed that they have the correct listing. This streamlines the procedure for setting up appointments to show property by a rather large factor, and can make your staff more efficient and hopefully more productive.
